These terms govern direct bookings, stays and related services offered by Mijo's Appartements Hotel. Note: the binding version of these terms is the French original, as French law applies.

Scope

These terms govern the conditions of booking, accommodation and provision of services offered by SASU HOTEL MIJO'S (RCS Créteil 829 289 271, share capital €1,000, registered office: 20 avenue Victor Hugo, 94120 Fontenay-sous-Bois), trading as Mijo's Appartements Hotel.

Bookings

A booking is considered confirmed once the hotel has provided written confirmation and, where applicable, a deposit has been received or valid bank guarantee provided.

Rates and payment

Rates are shown in euros, inclusive of tax unless otherwise stated. Full or partial payment may be required before arrival depending on the offer selected.

Your stay

Practical conditions and guest responsibilities.

Cancellation

Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, one night will be charged.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is available from 3:00 pm. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 am. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability.

Guest obligations

Guests agree to use the premises quietly, to comply with the house rules, to respect the stated occupancy limit and to accept liability for any damage caused by themselves or their companions.

Liability

The hotel is responsible for its obligations within the limits of applicable regulations. It cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure, third-party actions or improper use of facilities by the guest.

Force majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform its obligations in the event of an unforeseeable, irresistible and external event within the meaning of French law.

Complaints

Any complaint relating to a stay should be addressed to the hotel as promptly as possible, preferably in writing, using the contact details shown on this website.

Tourism mediator

After a written approach to the hotel that does not result in a satisfactory resolution, consumer guests may contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator: MTV Médiation Tourisme Voyage, BP 80303, 75823 Paris Cedex 17, www.mtv.travel.

Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply.
